The SF Gateway project aims to raise the bar for multi-story urban infill logistics, with an innovative balance of operational space, vehicle access, and flexibility.
SF GATEWAY
The urban fabric of San Francisco is evolving in a number of ways directly related to the making and moving of goods to support San Francisco’s urban center and to increase the resilience of the City’s supply chain. The San Francisco Gateway project responds to this evolution by proposing a new approach to Production, Distribution, and Repair (PDR) facilities. This project will be a flexible multi-level, user-centered, and resilient facility that meets the challenges of supporting an evolving logistics and maker landscape.
The San Francisco Gateway project aims to replenish Production, Distribution, and Repair (PDR) space and activity in San Francisco, drawing on the City’s industrial roots while defining a new age of PDR activity. Prologis, a global leader in logistics real estate, intends to bring a broad range of uses to the Bayview's core industrial area. The Project strives to be a catalyst for PDR growth and innovation grounded in sustainable principles and practices for water capture and reuse, solar energy generation, and electric vehicle charging.
