About
Solving complex problems with creative solutions is our passion. Good design starts with listening to our clients in order to gain an understanding of our client’s needs, desires, constraints and opportunities. Our process also focuses on how our projects will affect the physical environment at large. We believe a successful project is creative, sustainable, responsive to our client’s aspirational and functional requirements, and enhances the surrounding physical environment.
Jackson Liles Architecture was started in 2005, over a cup of tea at our kitchen table. Brian and Julie realized that their varied backgrounds in architecture and interior design would provide a unique and wide ranging skillset to provide services to a broader client base than a traditional architecture firm.
The studio was launched with the goals of improving the physical environment, providing exceptional service to clients, and creating innovative design and technical solutions for an array of project types.
We have a passion for serving our community, both through our professional work with non-profit organizations volunteer service on non-profit boards and with community organizations serving children and families. In the past 8 years, Jackson Liles Architecture has donated over $75,000 in professional services to non-profit community organizations serving children and families in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
